Bring‑Your‑Own API Keys

My Voice Page allows/requires you to connect your own OpenAI and ElevenLabs API keys to enable scripting and AI voice features. Within the app, we provide instructions for obtaining and securely adding these keys. When enabled:

• We transmit prompts and relevant content to those providers to deliver requested features.
• Your usage is billed directly by those providers to your accounts; we do not see full payment details for those vendors.
• We store only the minimal tokenized credentials needed to call those APIs on your behalf, using industry‑standard security practices.

How We Use Data

• Provide, operate, and improve the service (including AI features, personalization, and analytics).
• Customer support, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
• Service notifications and product updates. You can opt out of non‑essential emails.

Sharing

• Service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments, email) under confidentiality agreements.
• Third‑party AI vendors you explicitly enable (e.g., OpenAI, ElevenLabs).
• Legal requests or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and as needed for legal/operational purposes. You can request deletion; some records may be retained where required by law or for security, billing, and abuse prevention.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect your data. No method is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and protect your keys.

Your Rights

Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
