Refund Policy

Subscriptions (Weekly / Monthly / Yearly)

• You may cancel anytime; your plan remains active through the current paid term.
• Fees for the current term are non‑refundable, and we don’t offer pro‑rated credits unless required by law.

First‑Time Charge Courtesy

If you’re unhappy during your first paid term, contact support within 7 days of the charge and we’ll review a refund of the MVP platform fee for that term. This courtesy does not cover usage charges from third‑party vendors tied to your own API keys.

Third‑Party API Costs

My Voice Page is designed for “bring‑your‑own‑key” usage. OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and other providers bill you directly. We cannot refund any charges from those providers.

Lifetime / One‑Time Purchases

Unless stated otherwise on the checkout page, lifetime/one‑time fees are non‑refundable after purchase. Please review features or try a subscription before upgrading.

• We aim to respond within 3 business days.
