My Voice Page (“MVP”, “we”, “us”) provides software that turns voice into interactive presentations with AI‑assisted slides, captions, and optional real‑time personalization. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

You retain ownership of audio, scripts, images, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant MVP a non‑exclusive, worldwide license to process, transcode, analyze, and display Your Content solely to provide the service and support you.

MVP integrates with third‑party providers such as OpenAI (for scripting/AI tasks) and ElevenLabs (for voice synthesis). The platform is designed for “bring‑your‑own‑key” usage:

7) Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel future renewals at any time in your account. Our refund approach is described in the Refund Policy. We cannot refund any charges from OpenAI, ElevenLabs, or other third‑party vendors tied to your keys.

8) Availability & Changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features; where a change materially impacts you, we’ll provide reasonable notice when feasible.

9) Disclaimers

The service is provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate; you’re responsible for reviewing results before publishing.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVP and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to MVP in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold MVP harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, use of third‑party APIs via your keys, or breach of these Terms.

12) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue and jurisdiction lie in state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
